Adult Dog Application

Hi there! I see you are potentially interested in adopting a adult dog from us. Adult dogs will range anywhere from   1-7 years of age. Please understand prior to filling out the Adult Dog Application, there will be a lengthy process your family and you will have to go through, in order to adopt one of our adult dogs. The cost to adopting an adult dog from Spruce Lane Doodles is the price of the spay, this will range anywhere from $300-$500. Once your Application has been accepted, which includes contacting all 3 references. We will set up a time for you to come visit the dog, and have your first interview. During your first interview we would like you to bring everyone that lives in the home with you, we would like to meet everyone. If Spruce Lane Doodles sees you as a fit family for our dog, after your first interview within a week you will be contacted to set a time up to come pick our dog up. There will be a one week trial run. Once that one week is up, your family and our dog will come back to Spruce Lane Doodles for a 2nd interview. If we see you're still a fit family for our dog. You will sign the adoption papers and pay adoption fee; then the dog will officially be yours.
