Puppy Application

Please read through The Process before filling out the puppy application, it may answer some common questions you have. Please fill out this Puppy Application prior to placing a deposit. Once your Puppy Application has been accepted, we will be in contact with you; then you can place your reserve fee.

You can now reserve a specific gender (male or female).

Please see more information on reserving a specific gender under 'FAQ' under 'Gender Selecting'.

If you decide you would like to reserve a specific gender, we Spruce Lane Doodles will need to know prior to you placing a reserve. If you fail to make us aware of you wanting to reserve a specific gender, your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
