Puppy Application Heath Agreement

Have you been considering adding a puppy to your family? We are here to help you find the right puppy for your home! Have you thought about which breed you may want? Please look at our drop down menus for specific lists, we are currently offering Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles, Sheepadoodles and English-Goldendoodles.  Please look at our "Available Now" page to see if there are any puppies that may fit your family and are ready to find their furever home.

If you are interested in a puppy that is "Available Now" please fill out the Puppy Application, once we have receive and have reviewed your application we will reach out to you. Please put the pup or puppies you are interested in on the application. Once you have confirmation from us your application has been accepted, the next step will be to put down the $300 Non-Refundable reserve via Venmo or PayPal to hold that specific puppy.

Once you place your reserve please contact your vet to schedule a vet check and to get them established with your vet within 24-72 hrs. after picking up your new family member. Be sure to read the Health Agreement.

Some good questions to consider:

 A. What size puppy may work for us?

We offer standard, miniature and petite. For help deciding on size, first consider your lifestyle and living arrangement.  The more athletic and on-the-go your family is, the more likely you will want a larger dog as they may have more energy and love exercise and play. If you are in an apartment or have a small yard, you might consider a miniature or petite. Weights will be listed by the specific litter list.

B. What coat type and genetic makeup do I want? F1, F1b or F1bb?  Do you want 50% Golden Retriever or Bernese Mountain Dog temperament, then consider an F1. If you want hypoallergenic and non-shed, consider the adorable F1b, F1bb or F2b.

C. How do I know which mother's list to consider? First, make sure there is availability. Each list will state what breed and size the pups will be. If there is no availability, you may decide to be on the waiting list, in case a puppy becomes available. You may also decide to consider a different mother's list.  Each mother lets down a certain number of eggs and we try to accept reserves based on the mother's previous record. A mother that consistently has 7 or 8  puppies will mostly likely continue to have 7 or 8 puppies. However, that is not always the case. We may only take 6 reserves, to be conservative and the mother has 12 puppies. We will then have extra puppies available and will add those spots to the list. The opposite can happen as well. We may expect 8 and only 5 are born. We try to be as accurate as we can and be conservative in our estimates as to not disappoint customers,  but ultimately, Mother Nature decides.  You might select a list by the mother or by her appearance or color and who the sire will be. Make sure to understand what the puppies from her will be. We are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

Next steps are to get on a list or future litter list...

1.Once you have chosen your list, please fill out a 'Puppy Application'. Once that has been excepted, then you will need to put down the $300 non-refundable reserve to secure your spot on the list or lists you have chosen. This is also a great time to add us on Facebook for important announcements as it pertains to the due date, birth, and upcoming selection day along with pictures and videos of the pups.

2. Now you wait until the litter is born, yes we know this can be an anxious time for all. We will be sure to announce this on our Facebook page and also on the Mother's litter list. By 3-7 days of age, we will do introductory/newborn photos. There will not be another photoshoot until the puppies are 14-17 days of age. We know it is a long 2-3 weeks for the customers and we understand this, but we do our best to keep everything updated! They open their eyes around 2 weeks of age and we do our first studio photoshoot at this time.  We will then do pictures again at 5-6 weeks and post them on Facebook. When customers ask for extra photos we try to accommodate the best we can, but it is difficult as we do not want to add extra stress to the puppies.

We try to be as accommodating as we can but also as fair as we can to all customers when it comes to pictures. The schedule helps that every litter is done in a timely manner for every customer. We understand you are paying a lot of money for your puppy but the care of the puppy is more important. By adding additional photoshoots it adds extra stress on the Mother's and puppies, and nobody wants that.

We work hard to balance the health and welfare of the litters with the growing anticipation from customers of bringing their puppy home. Please respect our photography protocol and thank you for your understanding. We hope you enjoy your experience with us and we look forward to working with each and every one of you to get your perfect puppy to add to your family!

3. Selection Day happens when pups are between 5 and 6 weeks of age. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are only allowing video calls via Facetime or Facebook Messenger (other apps can be discussed). You can select FaceTime, Call or Text. We will contact you with the time slot allowed and day for your specific selection day. We will be posting a video of the entire litter and talking about each individual pup to help you decide which pups you are wanting to look at on Selection Day.  This allows you to get to know the puppies a little bit more and see how they interact with their littermates.

On selection day as the puppies are selected we will post on Facebook what puppy was selected once a definite choice has been made. This allows you time to narrow your choice before your allotted time. When it is your time we will call you to see if you know what puppy you would like or if you would like some assistance in selecting your puppy. We do ask that you try to narrow it down some before we call you if possible. When we call if you would like assistance selecting a puppy we will call you back either on Facetime if you have an iPhone or via Facebook messenger where we are able to do a video calls. This allows you to see the puppies in real time as we talk back and forth finding out more about you. The more you can tell us about what you're looking for the easier it will be for us to help match you to your puppy.

4.Once you have made your selection, we will work with you to schedule how you would like to receive your puppy. You can choose between delivery or pick-up once your puppy reaches 8 weeks old, sorry no time before that 8 weeks of age. The final payment of your puppy is due at pick-up/delivery time. If your would like to purchase the dog food that your puppy has been eating let us know and we can have that ready and added on to the final payment due.

If you are looking at an older puppy from our "Available Now" page. Please let us know which puppy you are interested in, fill out the puppy application and once we review the application we will reach out to you. Just a reminder that same day pickups and weekend pickups are very hard to do last minute as we have our vet do a Puppy Wellness Exam on all puppies before joining their new home, that does not happen until a puppy has been officially reserved. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

(We do reserve the right to add "Breeders Choice" to the first spot of any list at any time, we will not do this unless  necessary and we see a puppy that we are looking to add to our program. We try to do this before pups are even born, but sometimes things change, This may not happen until puppies are born and we did not anticipate keeping a puppy from that particular litter. Again, we do apologize if this happens but we do as a breeder strive to better and preserve our lineage and this is an important part of that.)
