We do meet customers to deliver puppies. We aim to meet half way. We now offer up to 4-5 hours in one direction if we are able to accommodate. If we do have an employee to do the delivery, we calculate a gas fee which also includes his time, wear and tear on the vehicle, possible hotel are all taken into consideration if needed. We try to be very reasonable. We do prefer that if you are within 4 hours that you come here. Please let us know if you need this service and we will take it into consideration. We do not deliver over holiday weekends. Please ask for a quote.

Shipping by Air

I currently am state licensed, and I can no longer ship the puppy alone using air transportation via cargo. 2 options remain:

1) You can fly into Minneapolis, and we can meet you there for a $225 delivery fee. Due to it being a face to face transaction, we are within the law. You can schedule a return flight the same day and have the puppy in a soft-sided carrier under your seat. I am happy to provide the soft-sided carrier in the right size for you for $30. To have the puppy in-cabin with you, it is normally $125 added to the price of your airline ticket.

If you are planning on flying. All Standard sized puppies must fly at 8 weeks of age. Please see the next section on how to book your flight.

2) One of our staff members can fly the puppy to you departing from Minneapolis to an airport of your choice. You pay the following: Air-line ticket, in-cabin puppy fee, flat rate fee of $400.00 for employee travel wage, gas/milage fee of $225 round trip to air port, $28 for an airline carrier, and parking fee of $40.

Customer flying to us

You will want to look for a flight that lands at 10 AM CST or after. We do not like to meet before 10 AM. It is a 3.5-hour drive for us. We will meet you at your flight baggage claim.

There is a $250 flat rate Delivery fee to MSP that will be added to your invoice. We do offer a soft-sided carrier for you to purchase. The carrier is $30 plus tax. We highly recommend you buy our carrier from us as we know specific flight regulations. We do already know the dimensions and have never had an issue with our carriers. We have had customers have TSA issues when they bring their own. Especially for the Standard sized puppies.

We also highly recommend a 2-hour flight turn around, at least. You will need to book your flight with your puppy's age regulation in mind. Your puppy will only be 8 weeks of age; therefore, you cannot book a return flight that requires a pet to be at least 10 weeks old to fly. We also cannot change the paperwork to show that your puppy is older than what it is, please do not ask that we do this.

We ask that you do your own research regarding this as the regulations seem to change often. There usually is a $125 in-cabin pet fee you will need to purchase. A few airlines will not allow you to purchase this until ticket check-in at the airport.

Your puppy will have all the paperwork that you will need to fly successfully. The vet certification of health will have your puppy's age and the date the vet check was completed. They will weigh your puppy at the ticket check-in.

The vet certification of health will need to be completed within 10 days of flying. Therefore, please plan accordingly if you are going to vacation with your puppy before flying home. If you are passed the 10-day mark after you have received your puppy from us, you will have to redo the vet certification of health to fly again on your own.

We do not ship our puppies via cargo underneath the plane. We are not licensed to do this and you just do not know what happens under the plane.

It is highly recommended to have a direct flight back home with your puppy.
